Because we have so many different spaces in our building available for use and because of the different logistics involved in different rentals, we ask that you contact our Office Coordinator (404-377-2474) for a specific rental quote. Below are some examples of possible events and their range of possible fees. Please be aware that the fees below are just samples and the actual rental fee for your event might be lower or higher than the range provided.
- Wedding and Reception – $1,800 Eight hour rental of the full building (2.5 hr set up, 1 hr ceremony, 3 hr reception, 1.5 hr clean up). 150 guests with food served.
- Holiday Party – $400-500 Five hour rental of Meeting Room only (3 hr party with 1 hr for set up and 1 hr for clean up). 75 guests with finger food is served.
- Weekly Scout Meeting – $1,200-1,500 for full year Two hour weekly rental of Classrooms A/B for 52 weeks with an annual rental contract. No food is served.
- Workshop – $150-200 Three hour rental of Meeting Room only (2 hr workshop, 30 min set up and 30 min clean up). 30 participants, and no food served.
- 3-Day Conference – $1000-1300 Conference is held in the Meeting Room for 45 attendees with food. On Thursday, from 5 pm – 9:00 pm, including an hour for set up and 30 minutes for clean up (4 hrs); on Friday, from 9 am – 6 pm with 30 minutes each for set up and clean up (9 hrs); and on Saturday, from 9 am – 6 pm with 30 minutes each for set up and clean up (9 hrs). This adds up to 22 hours of Meeting Room rental.
- Seminar – $150-200 Four hour rental of Library and Kitchen (3 hrs for seminar, plus 30 min for set up and 30 min for clean up). 25 participants and food will be served.
