Minute-11-19-23:07 – concerning the conflict in Israel and Palestine.
As Quakers, we believe all lives are sacred. The Atlanta Friends Meeting is appalled by the loss of the lives in this conflict. We do not believe violence is a pathway to permanent peace. We urge our government to call for an immediate ceasefire, immediate and adequate humanitarian aid, and negotiations for long-term peace. We urge our government not to add to the violence.
